What Is Stress Coaching?
Stress coaching at LederBørsen is a comprehensive approach that combines traditional stress management techniques with advanced coaching methods to help you understand and overcome stress.Our sessions focus on how stress affects both the body and mind. We work to identify and restore your natural energy flow, ensuring it moves freely without blockages. Everyone experiences stress and energy disruptions at times, but if you are already showing symptoms of stress, it may indicate that these blockages have built up over time.Who Is Stress Coaching For?
Stress coaching is designed for anyone who:

  • Feels stressed or suspects they may be developing stress.
  • Experiences stress-related symptoms affecting daily life.
  • Has been signed off from work due to stress and needs support to recover.

The program consists of six 60-minute coaching sessions, conducted via Zoom or Teams, depending on your preference.

Do You Recognize the Symptoms of Stress?
Many associate stress with burnout—when the body and mind shut down, leading to mental, physical, or emotional exhaustion. However, if stress reaches this critical stage, it has likely been present for months or even years.

Even severe stress can be managed, but recognizing early symptoms allows for intervention before it affects your quality of life, relationships, and job performance.

Common Signs of Stress
One of the most common early indicators of stress is sleep disturbances, such as:

  • Difficulty falling asleep.
  • Waking up frequently during the night.
  • Waking up too early in the morning and feeling exhausted.

Another key sign is mental distraction—when your thoughts are elsewhere instead of in the present moment. This might include:

  • Struggling to concentrate at work due to personal worries.
  • Being physically present at home, but mentally consumed by work-related thoughts.

Other Common Symptoms of Stress

  • Restlessness and tension in the body.
  • Heart palpitations or dizziness.
  • Pain in the back, shoulders, and neck.
  • Memory problems or mental fog.
  • Unexplained fatigue and low energy levels.
  • Reduced patience and increased irritability.
  • Difficulty solving complex tasks.
  • Anxiety attacks or depression-like symptoms.

What Can You Do?
If you recognize these symptoms, you may already have stress or be at risk of developing it. The sooner you address it, the faster you can recover.
