Violations may result in suspension or termination of user access.
For Leaders
As a leader, you can create a free profile on LederBørsen. Your profile allows companies to find and assess you as a potential candidate.
- Visibility – You control when your profile is active and visible to companies.
- Rights – Your account is personal and must not be shared with others or used to apply for jobs on behalf of someone else.
For Companies
Companies can access LederBørsen through a subscription or a one-time payment. This access allows companies to search for qualified leadership profiles and contact suitable candidates.
- Access and Responsibility – A company’s account is personal and must not be shared. Companies must respect leaders' rights and must not contact them outside of LederBørsen’s platform.
- Content Requirements – Companies must ensure that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Companies can choose between a subscription or a one-time payment, depending on their needs.
- No Automatic Renewal – A six-month subscription does not renew automatically.
- Right to Cancellation:
- A refund is available within 14 days of payment if the search function has not been used.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email at kontakt@lederborsen.dk.
- Note: The right to cancellation expires if the service has been used.
Data security and copyright
LederBørsen processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. Content uploaded to the platform remains the property of the user, but has the right to use the content in connection with the operation of the service.
